Urban Park was tasked with the design of college building for Platinum Manegement College, Hotel Management faculty. The narrow entry of the site possesses unique challenges in the design process. We used the required setback and expanded it to provide ramp for slope for basement in northern side.

Another challenge was to fit a basketball court in the site. The basement level was used up to ground floor to facilitate an indoor basketball court.

Utilizing contemporary design principles, we incorporated sleek glass facades that not only enhance the building’s aesthetic appeal but also serve a practical purpose. To mitigate solar glare and optimize energy efficiency, we integrated innovative projections as shades on the south side, creating a harmonious balance between form and function.

With a focus on creating an environment conducive to learning and collaboration, we meticulously crafted the interior layout to maximize the area available for classrooms and open spaces. Despite the site’s spatial constraints, we devised ingenious solutions such as multi-level floors to provide ample room for recreational areas and communal spaces, ensuring a holistic and enriching experience for students and faculty alike.
