The proposed convention center attempts to attract and promote international and national conventions while accommodating the needs of diverse user groups. Modern technological innovations and increasing public interest in exhibitions and conventions have been addressed in the design with accommodation of various spaces such as Exhibition Area, Multipurpose Hall and the Auditorium.

The central front façade entrance has been exaggerated extending up to four floors and serves for the general public. The western entrance has been dedicated for the VIP with an extended portico and a back entrance has been proposed for the staff and services.

The center comprises of a 900 seat Auditorium, a 200 seat Multi-purpose hall and a 100 seat Cafeteria. The entrance lobby houses a void that extends up to the second floor and works to establish a visual connection between the different floors. The extensive lobby space at the ground floor can also be optimized into gallery space.
