The BBA Block has been designed as an integral part of the Mahendra Campus Complex. The site currently houses several other Institutional buildings. The latest addition to the vicinity, a contemporary block with its modern outlook generates contrast amidst the lot and at the same time thrives to establish an association with the urban setting. 

A double height portico enhances the entrance. The unadorned brick façade works to stabilize the animated modular design of the adjoining façade. The subtle design with emphasis on green architecture attempts to foster a dynamic environment for learning. The corridors which face the ground have been framed with several boxes of green to enhance the space of casual encounters and leisure.
