The sleek modern Residence has been designed to entertain the client’s requirements and overcome the constraints of the site. The ground floor has been proposed as a rented apartment and the upper floors have been designed for the Client’s habitation.

With the building pressed against the site, the open plan design stimulates comfortable transition of the interior spaces and admits natural light to flow into maximum spaces. A set of balconies extend from the rooms at either end of the façade to face the site entry and the adjoining road. A large glass wall has been placed over the living room on the first floor and the study hall on the second floor in the east. The terraced areas provide discreet visual connection whereas the glass façade offers a more distinct association between the interior and exterior.
