As a project of the Smart City, the ICT center of the Tulsipur Smart City has been designed as a modern building facilitating flexible interiors. The building with innovative spaces addressing to the needs of the modern society features functions such as Multipurpose Hall, Seminar Hall, Library, Data Center, Gallery and Workshop/Maker’s Space. The ICT center focuses to promote use of technology and articulation of the digital information.

A set of steps lead into the double height Entrance Plaza with an adjoining Gallery. With a help desk located at the central atrium, other attributes have been arranged in the two symmetrical adjoining blocks with the central lobby building as a merger. The linear corridors have been lined with perforated brickwork which portray interesting play of light and shadow throughout the day. Terraces on varied level allow admission of light through skylight into the interior.
